LeaderShape Catalyst
A program for first-year students looking to spark their leadership journey.
In partnership with our Center for Student and Community Engagement, LeaderShape’s Catalyst聽program gives incoming students the opportunity to participate in various volunteer and community service projects in the community prior to the start of classes.
It is a one-day program focused on learning to develop your own authentic path, connect to groups and causes you care about, and commit to a plan to be a catalyst for yourself and the groups you鈥檙e part of.
By participating in LeaderShape Catalyst, you鈥檒l consider powerful questions that move you towards action:
- Am I on the right path?
- Who do I want to be?
- How can I connect with other like-minded individuals?
In small-group dialogue, large group interaction, and personal reflection, you鈥檒l learn alongside others who also want to start something extraordinary.
