Event Planning for Students, Faculty and Staff
Our facilities are available to students, faculty and staff for clubs, organizations, school and departmental events. We manage spaces in many buildings on campus, including the Ruth S. Harley University Center, Campbell Lounge, Angello Alumni House and Nexus Building.
You can request a space in two ways:
- Fill out our online event reservation form.
- Log into your听听account and utilize the 鈥淓MS Room Reservations鈥� service to request spaces
When requesting a space, be sure to have all the information we need to ensure a quick and successful reservation process.听 Think about the date, time and location you would like to have your event. Also consider the expected attendance, any audio/visual equipment needs and whether or not you want to serve catered food.
