You can update your preferred name and pronouns through the self-service tool to display in the directory. This service is available through eCampus.

If your legal name has changed, please contact HR. After HR has changed your legal name, you may contact the Help Desk to update your email address.

Students

Your updated name can be used on all student records at Â鶹ֱ²¥, except where your legal name is required, such as transcript and diploma, and financial records. Please refer to the name change guidelines for more information. You can change your name on the service within .
